Explore OpenStreetMap data in natural language
Gismark is an AI-powered search engine and geocoder for OpenStreetMap data. Find any physical object on earth by just asking in your own language and see it displayed on a map
Forget complicated queries. Ask for instance: "Show all cafes around the Eiffel Tower" or for a more scientific approach: "Show all mountains in the polygon I just drew"
The data is visualized in a customizable map. Save it or embed on any website with a single line of code, just like adding a YouTube video. Export cleaned data as GeoJSON, WKT or KML to show for instance in Google Earth or software like QGIS.
Geometry Fields
An open-source Strapi plugin that brings map data into your projects
Geometry Fields is a plugin for Strapi Headless CMS written in TypeScript that lets you view and adjust geospatial data like points, linestrings and polygons directly on a Leaflet map in a custom field and store it like any other data in a PostgreSQL database.
Editors can move geometries around visually, while developers enjoy seamless PostGIS integration under the hood. If you're building location-based Strapi apps, this plugin bridges the gap between Strapi's content types and map data.

You’ve found Markov Media, a company I started over a decade ago to merge my passions for software development, UI/UX design, and entrepreneurship. What began as a small freelance venture has grown into a startup focused on building geospatial applications.
I graduated cum laude with a master’s degree in Audio Design from the Utrecht School of the Arts, faculty Art, Media & Technology (HKU) in the Netherlands. With a background in music and a creative network around me, I initially built CMS websites and graphic designs for clients in the music scene, and many of them still rely on me today to help run their online businesses. Gaining more independence from client work, I taught myself JavaScript. Combined with a lifelong love of topography and travel, this eventually steered me towards developing geospatial tools for other businesses and digital creators.
These days, I work remotely as much as possible, often traveling through Central and Eastern Europe, setting up my mobile office in libraries and coffee houses, or on the train that brings me there.
I’m open to freelance assignments and collaborations involving geospatial JavaScript development for web applications and digital cartography.

Websites created or transferred to Markov Media are shared hosted on Siteground and we can assure incredibly stable and affordable hosting as we’re working with this party for more than 10 years.
For regular maintenance and additional work to your website or app I’m available for an hourly rate of €50, with half an hour starting tarif. I can manage your domain names as well for an small commission of €2 on top of the yearly costs. Most domain names are stored on Hostnet or Cloudflare.
